1. Who we are

Noodl is made and sold by EverBetterApps LLC, a limited liability company organised in Wyoming, United States. Address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Email: hi@getnoodl.app.

2. The waitlist

You can leave your email to hear when Noodl launches. It is free, and you can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send. How we handle your email is explained in our Privacy policy.

3. The Founding Member offer

The offer is a one-time payment of $99 in US dollars, or less with a partner discount code. It is not a subscription and never renews. It includes:

• lifetime access to the Noodl app, once it is released, for as long as we run it;
• founding member status, behind-the-scenes updates, and a chance to try Noodl before it is released;
• for the first 50 members, a small Noodl gift sent by post.

It is a pre-order. Noodl is in alpha and not yet available on the App Store or Google Play, and we have not set a launch date. The screens and merchandise shown on the site are previews; the finished app and gift may look different. How and when each part reaches you is described in our Shipping & delivery policy.

The offer is limited to 50 members. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. By paying, you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you enter.

5. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund, no questions asked, until 90 days after Noodl launches, as long as you haven't accepted your founder gift; accepting it (by confirming your choice and shipping address for it) makes the purchase non-refundable. If Noodl doesn't launch, every founding member is refunded automatically. The details are in our Refund policy. A refund ends your founding membership. This does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country.

6. Health and safety

Noodl offers general stretching and flexibility routines. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor or physiotherapist. Check with a health professional before starting if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery or have a medical condition. Stretch gently, stay within a comfortable range, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You use the routines at your own risk.

7. Your account and use of Noodl

You must be at least 18 to buy the offer, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Your membership is personal: please don't resell or share it. Don't misuse the site or app, for example by trying to break, copy or overload them.

8. Our content

Noodl, its name, character, artwork, music, videos and software belong to EverBetterApps LLC. Buying the offer gives you a personal licence to use the app; it does not transfer any of these rights to you.

9. Changes to Noodl

We are still building Noodl, and features will change. If we ever stop running Noodl, we will tell founding members in advance.

10. Liability

We provide the site and app with care but “as is”, without guarantees that they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the offer is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you more protection, those protections still apply to you, and where your local law allows it, you can bring a claim in your local courts. Before any dispute, please write to us: we would much rather sort it out.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Noodl grows. We will change the date at the top when we do, and tell founding members by email about any change that affects what they paid for. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase you already made.
