Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can: your email if you join the waitlist, what you give Stripe if you buy, and anonymous visit statistics. We never sell your data.
1. Who is responsible
EverBetterApps LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about anything in this policy at hi@getnoodl.app.
2. What we collect and why
- Waitlist. Your email address, to send you a thank-you, occasional updates and a note when Noodl launches. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
- Founding Member purchase. Your name, email address and payment details, entered on Stripe's checkout page. Stripe handles your card; we receive your name, email, the amount and a payment reference, never your full card number. We use them to confirm your membership, email you about it, give you access to Noodl and process refunds. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and keeping accounting records as the law requires.
- Founder gift. Later, the shipping address you send us, used only to have your gift made and delivered. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
- Emails you send us. What you write, to reply to you.
- Visit statistics. Pages viewed, the site that referred you, your approximate country, device and browser type, and which buttons were used, so we can see what works on the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site.
3. Cookies
We use no advertising cookies. Our analytics provider, DataFast, sets first-party cookies with a random visitor and session identifier, so repeat visits are counted once and a purchase can be linked to the channel that brought you. The site also uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep forms secure.
4. Who processes your data for us
- Stripe: payments and receipts.
- DataFast: website analytics.
- Our email providers (Resend or Amazon Web Services): sending emails.
- Fourthwall: making and shipping the founder gift.
- Our hosting provider: running the website and its database.
They may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, such transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell or rent your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe or Noodl launches and you no longer want to hear from us. Purchase records: as long as your membership lasts, and afterwards as long as tax and accounting law requires. Visit statistics are kept in aggregate.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hi@getnoodl.app and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority. If you live in California, you have the right to know, delete and correct your information, and we do not sell or share it for targeted advertising.
7. Children
The site is not aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us their data, tell us and we will delete it.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, card payments never touch our servers, and access to our data is limited to the people who need it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. We will email you about any significant change.
