Refund policy

Full refund, no questions asked, until 90 days after Noodl launches, as long as you haven't accepted your founder gift. If Noodl doesn't launch, everyone is refunded automatically.
What this covers
This policy applies to the Noodl Founding Member offer: a one-time payment of $99 (US dollars) for lifetime access to Noodl, founding member status and a small Noodl gift, sold on getnoodl.app by EverBetterApps LLC. Noodl is in alpha, so the offer is a pre-order.
When you can get a refund
You can ask for a full refund, for any reason, when both of these are true:
- Noodl hasn't launched yet, or launched less than 90 days ago. Noodl launches on the day it is first available to download on the App Store or Google Play. That day, we email every founding member the exact date their refund window closes.
- You have not accepted your founder gift.
If Noodl doesn't launch
If we decide not to release Noodl, we refund every founding member in full, automatically, to the card or payment method they paid with. You don't need to ask, and it doesn't matter whether you accepted the gift.
Accepting the founder gift
When the gifts are ready, we email you to ask which one you want and where to send it. You accept the gift when you confirm your choice and shipping address. From that moment your purchase is no longer refundable (unless Noodl doesn't launch), because the gift is made and sent just for you. Our email says so again before you confirm, and you can decline the gift to keep your right to a refund.
How to ask for a refund
Email us at hi@getnoodl.app, or simply reply to any email we have sent you (they come from hi@updates.getnoodl.app), from the email address you paid with. You don't need to give a reason.
What you get back
The full amount you paid, whether that was $99 or a partner's discounted price. No fees, no deductions.
When the money arrives
We aim to reply to every refund request within 2 business days. The refund goes back to the card or payment method you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days after that.
After a refund
Your founding membership ends, along with the lifetime access that comes with it.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank: while you are eligible, a refund from us is faster.
